Carmen Reed:

My name is Carmen Reed, I am the mother in a true life haunting that was made for TV movie of the week titled, "A Haunting in Connecticut." My name was changed for protection of my children. My story is also the subject of a feature film titled, "The Haunting in Connecticut." The film will be out in the fall, it is a product of a joint effort between Gold Circle Films, Lions Gate films and Andy Trapani. Virginia Madsen will be playing my part also staring Martin Donovan, Elias Koteas and many other wonderful actors and actresses.

I have been a sensitive as far back as I can remember, my earliest memory was of my guide Jaco teaching me to clear my mind and listening to him. When my uncle was sick with cancer he advising me not to tell my uncle of his impending death. He was right on all counts.

I didn't use my gifts often until I moved into the haunted funeral parlor in Southington CT. In the 21 years since I have found that I am very sensitive. I began to develop my gifts from that time to this, I continue to develop and use my gifts in every facet of my life. I use it to help others with haunting's. I give spiritual advise. I am a medium and a healer. I will always use my gifts to help others.
