David Manch:
Dave was born in New England and grew up listening to stories about strange activity occurring in the antique shop of a family friend. This began a life-long quest to learn more about the paranormal and to discover what it truly is.
Dave's research began in earnest after a paranormal experience of his own in 1990, and he culminated that research by forming Southern New Hampshire Paranormal, a group dedicated to studying the effects of history and environment on the paranormal.
In his many travels, Dave met Mike Dion, and soon became a member of New England Paranormal, eventually rising to the position of Case Manager with the group. Dave has been fortunate to participate in many investigations with both NEP and TAPS, The Atlantic Paranormal Society.
Dave was a biochemistry major at the University of New Hampshire, and later honed his investigating skills while working as a full-time police officer for more than six years.
Dave is an instructor at the Boston Center for Adult Education, teaching the popular Ghost Science class. He is currently working on the book, “There are Ghosts in Our World,” due for publication in mid-summer of 2008.
