Tim Meunier (28) is a born resident of Sacramento California and one of 7 co-founders of River City Paranormal Investigations. River City Paranormal Investigations is dedicated to the pursuit of information about the paranormal. Our mission is to provide the public professional research and properly investigate claims of paranormal activity without compensation while maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity, as well as to support or debunk theories of paranormal existence scientifically and spiritually.

Tim is also the director and founder of the Sacramento Horror Film Festival. Founded in 2007 the Sacramento Horror Film Festival has a goal to progress the genre of horror with annual film festivals, workshops, concerts, and art shows.

Tim's combined interest in horror and the paranormal are valuable tools. Tim dismisses fear in order to get answers fast with professionalism.
